Melissa is our Bilingual Front Office coordinator and is the smiling face that you will see when you first enter our practice. She is also the first contact you will speak to when you reach out to our office by phone. She takes pride in providing excellent communications with patient from scheduling of appointments, collections of payments and patient check in and check out.
Melissa comes from a hospitality background as a previous Hospitality Specialist in the hotel industry. She is also a former Ms. Princess Covergirl Kansas City. Her experience in these industries prepared her and led her to her current position with Dr. Perez.
In her spare time, Melissa, enjoys riding her horse Canelo, and spending time with family and friends.
